So in the spirit of wanting to stay abreast with the news at home, I regularly visit Ugandan news sites such as www.newvision.co.ug On this fateful day however, I did visit the page and guess what I found? Okay so you despise guessing games... Blah blah! So I visit today's news page and what do I find? [DARN IT!!] I'll tell you. Plastered on the front page, the government of Uganda felt the need to PROUDLY ANNOUNCE not only to Ugandans but to the world that it has procured a BlackBerry to help facilitate the coordination of activities for the upcoming Common Wealth Summit [CHOGM]. Three cheers to you Government of Uganda! In fact, way to go... Government of Uganda! This is way up there in the "One-small-step-for-man" category of achievements.
